As the Managing Director, Partner and Senior Consultant, Ms Tumi Moalusi has been in this role for over 12 years. She has been instrumental in developing operating systems for the firm as well as ensuring the daily management of stakeholders and projects in the role as MD. Over time she has developed strong competencies in the human capital and management consulting space. She has successfully led teams of experienced consultants in the areas of strategy, performance management, change management, organization design and development, talent management and enterprise development. She is a seasoned executive search/headhunting specialist having placed high quality candidates in management and executive positions.

Ms Boitumelo (Tumi) Moalusi is currently in her final year of completing her MBA with the University of Reading - Henley Business School. She holds a B.Tech in Public Relations from University of Johannesburg and certificate course in Human Resource Management as well as in organizational development. 


Tumi commenced her working career as Publicist in the media and advertising media industries working. In 2004 she joined Bridging the Gap Holding (BTG) as the Marketing Manager where she played a significant role in developed and implemented processes and systems to enable organization effectiveness. Over time she has developed and built strong competencies in the human capital and management consulting space. Having participated and lead short and long-term projects she found her strength as an implementor and project manager as well as managing the business.


She has successfully lead teams of experienced consultants in the areas of strategy, performance management, change management, organization design and development, talent management and enterprise development. She is a seasoned executive search/headhunting specialist having placed high quality candidates in management and executive positions.


Ms Tumi’s love and passion lies in developing solutions to support and empower women and children.  She runs and participates in programs which endevour to achieve the vision of emancipating women from social, psychological, and professional pressures.
